The Journal of the Nigeria Association of Arabic and Islamic Studies (NATAIS) is a leading peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to the advancement of knowledge in Arabic and Islamic studies. Published annually by the Nigeria Association of Arabic and Islamic Studies, the journal provides a scholarly platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to share original research and critical insights in both Arabic and English.
We invite contributions that explore a wide range of themes, including Qur’anic studies, Hadith, Islamic jurisprudence, theology, Arabic linguistics and literature, Islamic philosophy, history, and contemporary issues affecting Muslim communities.
Our mission is to promote academic excellence, foster intercultural and interfaith understanding, and support the development of indigenous scholarship in Africa and the wider Islamic world.
